Hi, I’m Christina, and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step toward therapy can be challenging, whether this is the first page you’ve stumbled upon or you’ve been exploring many. My hope is that you find someone who makes you feel safe, even in the midst of discomfort.
It would be a true honor to hold your story and walk alongside you on your journey. In our work together, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), alongside other therapeutic modalities. If you’re looking to process trauma, I am EMDR-trained and deeply passionate about its healing potential. I also have experience working with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and terminal and chronic illness. I have a background in both community mental health and medical settings, and I’ve worked closely with families navigating the complexities and challenges of children’s cancer diagnosis. I understand the unique trauma and resilience that often emerge from these experiences.
While I’ll help guide our work together, you’re in control of what we focus on and where you’d like our sessions to go. In our time together, you’ll find me validating, warm, and empathetic. I bring a sense of humor when appropriate but am also committed to challenging you to continue growing and evolving.
I offer 15 minute consultation calls to help you explore how I work and whether my approach aligns with your needs. This is an opportunity for us to connect and ask any questions you may have about therapy and the process. I look forward to the possibility of working with you and supporting your journey toward growth and healing.

I provide therapy for adults experiencing struggles with trauma, depression and OCD/anxiety. I believe that healing is not only possible, but within your reach. If you’re struggling with the aftermath of trauma, battling intrusive thoughts, overthinking, nightmares, flashbacks, rumination, or compulsive behaviors, I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone. It’s brave to seek help, and I’m here to walk with you on this journey.
I have more than eight years of experience providing counseling to adults and I love seeing their transformation throughout therapy. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy—two powerful approaches that have helped many people break free from the grip of trauma and anxiety. Through EMDR, we work to process painful memories and reduce their emotional charge, while ERP helps you confront and gradually reduce the intensity of obsessions and compulsions behaviors, or work to lessen general anxiety.
Together, we’ll create a personalized approach to address your unique needs. I take great care to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, understand your challenges, and discover the strength within you. I truly believe that with the right support and tools, you can regain control of your life and move forward with confidence, resilience, peace, and purpose.

I provide therapy for adults and couples who feel like something in their life just isn’t working anymore. Sometimes this shows up after a loss, breakup, or major life transition. Other times, it’s a growing sense of disconnection from yourself, from your partner, or from the life you thought you’d be living. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or chronic stress can begin to feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure of what needs to change.
The most important part of therapy for adults and couples is the relationship we build together. I create a non-judgmental, compassionate space where all parts of you, the messy, the uncertain, the hurting, and the hopeful, are welcome. I lead with intuition and presence, while also bringing a pragmatic and direct approach when it serves your goals. Because I work in the here and now, mindfulness and present-centered awareness are often woven into our sessions to help you reconnect and move forward with clarity.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate and a Naropa University graduate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, and mindfulness-based approaches. In my work with couples, I integrate Gottman Level 1 and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support healthier communication and deeper connection.
I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and life transitions. I am also passionate about working with couples and providing affirming therapy for LGBTQ+IA individuals and relationships.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel abstract or endless. It can be grounded, honest, and transformative. I offer a 15-minute consultation to see if my approach aligns with what you’re looking for. I’d be honored to support you in creating meaningful change and in building a more connected and satisfying life.
